 ASOASLO; Anti Streptolizin O; ASO titresi;
Kanda A gurubu beta hemolitik streptokok ( beta mikrobu ) karşı antikor varlığını araştıran laboratuar testidir. Anti Streptolizin O antikoru beta enfeksiyonlarından sonra oluşan bir antikordur. Kanda tespit edilmesi geçirilmiş bir beta enfeksiyonunu gösterir. Testin en az 6 saat açlık ile yapılması gerekir.
ASO geçirilmiş beta enfeksiyonunun göstergesidir. Beta enfeksiyonu ;
· Bakteriyel endokardit,
· Glomerülonefrit,
· Romatizmal ateş,
· Kızıl,
· Streptokoksik anjin etkenidir.
A gurubu beta hemolitik streptokok enfeksiyonlarından haftalar aylar sonra dahi kanda ASO seviyesi yüksek bulunur.
Normal değer:
Erişkin: < 200 ünite
Çocuk: <300 ünite
ASO seviyesini yükselten sebepler:
· Beta Streptokok enfeksiyonu,
· Bakteriyel endokardit,
· Post streptokokal glomerulonefrit,
· Romatizmal ateş,
· Kızıl
